Walnut Creek

Welcome to Walnut Creek

Upscale urban living with idyllic natural surroundings

Following the Mexican-American war, many settlers arrived in the region after the U.S. annexation of California. In 1849, William Slusher became the first American to establish the area after building a residence on the west bank of Arroyo de las Nueces (known as Nut Creeks). It was first known as The Corners but later became Walnut Creek thanks to the abundance of Walnut trees. Today, Walnut Creek is renowned for its sophisticated culture, luxury homes, and bustling downtown district full of exceptional restaurants and upscale retail stores.
