Suzanne, THANK YOU so much for everything you did to help us get our house! We know you’re the reason we got this place many times over, from getting Martin out here on super short notice so we could submit a non-contingent offer, to having the connection you do with Paddy so he would give you the courtesy call that we were initially out of the running or to tell you our second offer was right in the middle of three others, to having the connection you do with Fayal so that when he couldn’t update the loan letter right before Thanksgiving, you could assure Paddy how qualified we were or he would trust you.
